Basket Clip Problem?
The rack includes 4 orange basket clips, with 2 sealed and another 2 snap-on. If the snap-on pieces start to pop out after a few uses, we will send you 2 free sealed clips to maintain the rack's shape. Contact us with your issue for a solution.

Installation and Release
- Compatibility: Fits seat tube diameter ≤34mm. - Ease of Installation: Comes with tools and installation instructions. The rack has a quick-release clip for mounting on the seat post. Attach to the seat tube by fastening the screw. All parts for panniers are organized and easy to attach without needing holes. (If the bolt is too long, cut the excess part.) - Quick Release: The rack can be quickly detached for convenience.

Adjustable Height
- Versatility: The side support rod has multiple holes, allowing for adjustable height based on your personal needs. Compatible with most bikes without disc brakes, such as mountain bikes, fat bikes, and road bikes. (Not suitable for folding bikes, electric bikes, kids' bikes, women's cruiser bikes, softtail bikes, and suspension bikes.)

Rattle or Tilt Issue?
Some rattling when riding is normal. Ensure all screws and the quick-release lever are tightened. If the rack tilts towards one side after a few uses, check the screws or the quick-release lever to see if they are loose.
